1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and joya9 loging ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the website located at joya9-loging.com and all associated services, including the cricket sportsbook, live casino, slots, crash games, and all promotional features accessible through the Platform.

• Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your account remains active.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on joya9 loging. Registering multiple accounts for the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
• No prior ban: You must not have previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform under a self-exclusion arrangement or as a result of a breach of these Terms.
• Own identity: You must register using your own true and accurate personal details. Accounts registered under a false identity, using another person's information, or via automated registration tools will be closed without notice.

joya9 loging takes underage gambling extremely seriously. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered account belongs to a person under 18 years of age, we reserve the right to suspend that account immediately, withhold any pending withdrawals, and report the matter as required. Any winnings accrued on an underage account may be forfeited in full.

3 Account Registration and Management

The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and preferred payment method.

• Account credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. joya9 loging staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances.
• Unauthorised access: If you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your account, you must contact our support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. joya9 loging accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
• One account per household: Only one account is permitted per household address and per mobile number. Accounts that appear to be connected through shared devices, IP addresses, or payment instruments may be reviewed and, where the single-account rule is found to have been breached, closed.
• Account currency: All accounts on joya9 loging are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Balances, bets, winnings, and bonus values are all expressed and settled in BDT.

joya9 loging reserves the right to carry out enhanced due-diligence checks on any account at any time. You agree to cooperate fully with any such checks by providing the documentation requested within the timeframe specified. Accounts under review may have withdrawal processing paused until the review is concluded.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

joya9 loging supports a range of payment methods commonly used by players across Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through your joya9 loging account.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

• Sufficient balance: Bets and game rounds may only be placed using funds available in your joya9 loging account balance. No credit betting facility is offered. Bets placed that exceed your available balance will be rejected automatically.

• Game outcomes: The outcomes of all slot and casino games are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). joya9 loging does not manipulate game outcomes. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee outcomes on any individual session or spin.
• Jurisdiction of play: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation in online betting and gaming is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. joya9 loging makes no representation regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific location.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement or game outcome, you must contact the joya9 loging support team within 72 hours of the relevant event or game round concluding. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. joya9 loging's decision on all disputed matters is final subject to the internal escalation process described in our FAQ.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

joya9 loging offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets on cricket fixtures, live casino cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and T20 World Cup fixtures. • Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. • Modification and withdrawal: joya9 loging reserves the right to amend the terms of any ongoing promotion or to withdraw a promotional offer entirely with reasonable notice where circumstances require. Any bets already placed using bonus funds at the time of withdrawal will be settled under the original terms.

7 Responsible Gaming

joya9 loging is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players in Bangladesh. We provide a range of player-protection tools that you can activate at any time through your account settings or by contacting the support team directly.

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Requests to reduce a deposit limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before the higher limit is applied.
• Session time limits: You may configure on-screen reminders that notify you after a set period of continuous play. These notifications are a tool to encourage awareness of session length and are not a forced logout mechanism.
• Self-exclusion: You may request a self-exclusion period of 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, or a permanent exclusion. 8 Account Suspension and Closure

Either you or joya9 loging may initiate the closure of a registered account. The procedures and consequences differ depending on whether closure is voluntary or initiated by joya9 loging.

• Voluntary closure: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method. Pending bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
• Closure by joya9 loging: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account where: (a) these Terms and Conditions have been breached; (b) the account has been involved in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity; (c) the player is found to be under 18 years of age; (d) the player has provided false or misleading registration information; (e) the account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months; or (f) we are required to do so by a competent authority.
• Funds on closure: Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, joya9 loging reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where closure is voluntary or due to inactivity, your remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method following the completion of any outstanding KYC checks.
• Inactivity: An account is considered inactive after 12 months of no login activity. joya9 loging will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder via their registered email address before any inactivity policy is applied to the account balance.
